Submission Instructions

Authors must submit a PDF version of their full paper strictly applying the format of this sample file. Papers must be in English, in A4 paper format, and not exceed 12 pages, including all text, figures and references. Titles must be typed in regular capitalization of English (no capitalization for emphasis). For users of LaTeX we provide a style file.

To submit a paper, please visit https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=rl14. Paper submissions will be peer reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee. Only accepted papers will be published in the proceedings. Authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference by one of the listed authors.

The accepted papers will appear in the CEUR Workshop Proceedings Series (CEUR-WS.org), a free open-access publication service of Sun SITE Central Europe. The copyright of each paper remains with the authors, and each author is responsible for maintaining the copyright of the presented material.

At the conference, the best paper will be awarded based on review scores and presentation.

Also, the authors of the best papers will be invited to submit revised versions to a special feature of the Journal of Spatial Science. The revisions must be significantly extended in their contribution to knowledge (30%), and could, for example, include progress made since the conference paper submission. Revised papers must be submitted to the journal by 15 April. They will undergo regular journal peer review by conference PC members, and edited by the conference PC Chair. Decisions will be made by 15 May, and final versions will be due by 31 May. The special feature will appear in September 2014.
