Poster authors must submit a PDF version of their poster strictly applying the format of this sample file. The poster must be one (1) page in length and be designed to be printed on an A0 size. Authors with accepted posters will be required to present their work in a 3-minute presentation conducted within an oral poster session.

To submit a paper, please visit https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=rl15. Paper and poster submissions will be peer reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee. Only accepted posters will be presented in the oral poster session. Only accepted papers will be published in the proceedings. Authors of accepted papers and posters must guarantee that their paper/poster will be presented at the conference by one of the listed authors.

The accepted papers will appear in the CEUR Workshop Proceedings Series (CEUR-WS.org), a free open-access publication service of Sun SITE Central Europe. The copyright of each paper remains with the authors, and each author is responsible for maintaining the copyright of the presented material. The accepted abstracts of poster presentations will published on the Research@Locate 15 website.

At the conference, the best paper will be awarded based on review scores and presentation.

Also, the authors of high quality research papers will be invited to submit revised versions to the Journal of Spatial Sciences (or other selected journals). The revisions must be significantly extended in their contribution to knowledge (30%), and could, for example, include progress made since the conference paper submission.

At the conference, the best paper and best poster will be awarded based on review scores and presentation.
